Cover Design: Cover Me Darling
Synopsis
FREED:
Severed...
I moved on.
I couldn't hold on to what was deteriorating, devastating, destroying,
Me.
Us.
Nobody could.
I couldn't hold on to what was deteriorating, devastating, destroying,
Me.
Us.
Nobody could.
And now, I have real love.
The kind that means something,
Rocking in chairs and growing old.
The kind that means something,
Rocking in chairs and growing old.
But, choosing between the past and future is too painful.
Too raw.
Too final.
Too raw.
Too final.
I was bound to Gray, but he lost me,
Let me slip through his fingers.
That was then.
Let me slip through his fingers.
That was then.
This is now.
I'm freed.
I'm freed.

BOUND:
I want to prove my worth, show them what I have.
I may be flawed; we all are.
But I'm smart, driven, and ready to take on the world.
No one needs to know the rest.
I may be flawed; we all are.
But I'm smart, driven, and ready to take on the world.
No one needs to know the rest.
I wasn't counting on him, couldn't imagine someone like him coming into my life.
The blue eyes, the chiseled body, the man I can't resist.
Truthfully, I have no plans of ever resisting him.
The blue eyes, the chiseled body, the man I can't resist.
Truthfully, I have no plans of ever resisting him.
He has the carefree, playboy life he wants,
The one he created and refuses to give up.
But he didn't count on me waltzing in and changing everything.
The one he created and refuses to give up.
But he didn't count on me waltzing in and changing everything.
Gray can't deny his passion for me—all parts of me,
Even the truth I try to bury—the flaws he knows I'm hiding.
And trust me, he's imperfect too.
Even the truth I try to bury—the flaws he knows I'm hiding.
And trust me, he's imperfect too.
But sometimes, we need more than love—more than we can give.

I enjoyed how the
story jumped back and from past to present. Annie became more confident,
able to handle situations in a healthy way and over all just really grew as a
character. The reader really gains more
of a connection to Annie in this story. I
still dislike and like Gray at the same time and I still love Brett, he's the
stable man we all want at some point in our live. He accepts Annie for all she
is, flawed and all.
This was a 4 star read for me, I think it flowed from book
one beautifully. I fell in love with Stephie Wall’s Bound so Freed was exactly
what I needed, it was a realistic look what love is after a romance is
torn apart. I didn’t just read the
pages, I felt like I was living it thanks to Stephie’s beautiful writing. Love can rip you apart but it can also heal
you.
